This project was developed as a live/ work space for a San Francisco art advisor and architect. The location includes a three-level residence, architecture studio and art exhibition space/ office. The original 1959 building featured an open carport on the lower level with residential space above. While the architecture studio, exhibition space and residence are separate, an interior stair and elevator connects all floors to the uppermost living space which has expansive views of the city and bay through 13 foot high floor-to-ceiling windows.
